Kahzam, Inc. (OTCBB: KHZM) – a firm that will become Madison Ave
Media Inc. on April 1 – announced today that its ProMark Data and
Media Group division has launched its innovative ProMark Media
Exchange program, adding many prominent traditional media outlets
to its impressive digital media arsenal, according to Stephen
Molinari, Kahzam's Chairman.
“Our Media Exchange Program is a unique advertising program,”
Molinari explained. “We exchange direct marketing promotional
services for committed advertising space or time which, subject to
availability, we can use or exchange to other clients any time
within the next two years.”

The ProMark Media Exchange Program was developed and is managed
by Peter Cianci, Vice President of Media Development for ProMark.
