Madison Ave. Media, Inc. (OTCBB: KHZM) has appointed Dr. Forrest E.
Watson Chairman of the Advisory Board for this fast growing, global
digital media company.

Dr. Watson is a prominent business leader, published author and
entrepreneur with a 45 year foundation in the Texas education
system as a teacher, athletics coach, elementary and secondary
schools principal, and Superintendent. He also Founded and became
President of Aletheia Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization
established in 1983 to address educational needs around the world.
To date, the organization has set-up over 200 Christian
Schools.
Dr. Watson is also Vice President and a Founding Partner of the
Russian-American Institute for Pedagogical Systems (IPS) in Moscow,
which has become the top school in that country. And, he is Founder
and General Partner of The Planagement Group, L.P, an educational
management operation, as well as FEW Group L.P., a curriculum
development and research organization.
He presently serves as Chairman of the MotorSkill Venture Group
International Advisory Board, an international venture capital and
investment banking company with offices in China and other
strategic locations around the world. And he recently retired as
Chairman of the Board of CCI, a non-profit, faith-based private
prison system development and management organization where he
remains on that organizations' Board of Directors
Dr. Watson has been involved in the development of the Virtual
Education System in Thailand; has created the Strategic Education
Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to focus on high
risk families and children in the inter cities of America and has
served in advisory capacities to United States Presidents Reagan
and Bush (Sr.) through committees or commissions, Texas Governors
Briscoe and Clements, plus several state senators and
representatives over the years.
He has also served as State Chairman or President of
organizations concerned with administration, federal affairs,
legislation, public relations, administrators and supervisors,
vocational education, and student councils as well as director on
boards of hospitals, banks, savings and loan, Young Men's Christian
Association (YMCA), United Way charities, American Cancer Society,
Chambers of Commerce, Junior Achievement, Rotary Club and Lions
Club.
His personal businesses have included Allen Furniture Company,
Forum Trading Company, Forum Academy (consulting and advisory),
Forum Technologies International (marketing technology), oil and
gas production and a publicly traded Network Marketing Company.
