According to the company, since 2000, Hilbroy Advisory has helped publicly and privately held corporations raise funds through institutional investors and accredited investors. The initial task of Hilbroy Advisory will be to secure the financing proposed by Cunningham-Adams Small Cap Fund II as well as manage all disclosure requirements and the company's securities awareness campaign. Hilbroy Advisory Inc. currently owns 6,352,811 restricted common shares of Level Vision Electronics.
