PJSC "Magnit" Announces the Opening of a New Distribution Center

Krasnodar, May 12, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest retailer (the
"Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the opening of a new distribution
center in Perm.

Please be informed that the Company has opened a new distribution center (DC)
in Perm. Total space of the warehouse is over 48 thsd. sq. m. Launch of the new
distribution facility will improve the quality of service in the Volga region.

"Magnit" operates 29 distribution centers with their total capacity of
1 077 486 sq. m.

Magnit had revenues of RUB 764 billion and an EBITDA of RUB 86 billion.

its GDRs on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: MGNT) and it has a credit rating
from Standard & Poor's of BB+. Measured by market capitalization, Magnit is one
