Finnish refiner Neste Oil Oyj (NES1V.HE) is restarting its 200,000-barrel-a-day Porvoo refinery in Finland after a full maintenance shutdown which began Apr. 6, the company said Monday.

"We starting up the refinery right now," from the planned turnaround, a Neste spokeswoman said.

The plant should be fully onstream by mid-May, she added.
