The Registrant is unable to file its Quarterly
Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2020 (the "10-Q") within the prescribed time period without unreasonable
effort or expense due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Singapore. The Registrant will file the 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar
day following the prescribed due date.

For the six months ended September 30, 2020, the Company generated
net revenues of approximately $219,000 as compared to $12,610,884 for the same period ended September 30, 2019. The cost of revenue
was approximately $497,000 and $6,060,453 for the six months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively. The Company also
incurred operating expenses of approximately $1,552,000 for the six months ended September 30, 2020, as compared to $13,530,579
for the same period ended September 30, 2019. For the six months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, other income was approximately
$255,000 and $14,354 respectively. This resulted in a net loss of approximately $1,575,000 and $6,977,018 for the six months ended
September 30, 2020, and 2019, respectively.
