Miller as the Bank's Chairman and CEO effective January 1,2008. Under Mr. Miller's leadership the Bank has grown from a start-up to a $200 million bank in less than 4 years. He will continue to serve as a Director of the Bank. The Board of Directors has promoted William W. Short to the Bank's Chief Executive Officer and President effective January 1, 2008.
