On June 12, 2009, Playlogic Entertainment, Inc. held its annual Meeting of Shareholders in Amsterdam. 667% of the shareholders were represented. Topics of the meeting included; re-election of the board of directors, a report of past year performance, current developments and general outlook for the year 2009 .  A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
