PRRY Planet Resource Recovery Inc (PK)

Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. ("PLANET") (PINKSHEETS: PRRY), developer, manufacturer and marketer of PetroLuxus™ and other "Green" technologies for the remediation and recovery of the planet's resources, announced today that it has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. ("El Capitan") to process approximately 200 tons of concentrate ore for the recovery of precious metals. Proceeds from the precious metals recovered will be equally split between PLANET and El Capitan after the reimbursement of expenses.

Pursuant to the JV, PLANET will provide its eco-friendly mining technologies, equipment and facilities to process the ore. El Capitan will provide and commence transport of approximately 200 tons of concentrate ore to PLANET's production facilities. This selected concentrate was produced several years ago at the El Capitan property from head ore.

In 2009, El Capitan submitted head ore sample to PLANET for analysis. PLANET's analysis of samples provided were conducted on a state-of-the-art ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) Mass Spectroscopy. Over 100 tests were performed on samples to determine an average. Precious metals recorded in testing samples included: Gold, Platinum, Silver, Rhodium, Palladium, Osmium, Iridium and Ruthenium. These precious metals averaged .335 ounces of Gold Equivalent per ton. Base metals also present included iron (65% - 68%), copper and zinc.

The processing of the approximately 200 tons of ore is anticipated to permit PLANET to deploy its new mining technology and scale up such technology prior to establishing a fixed structure at the El Capitan property in New Mexico to process an aggregate of 141 million tons of mineable metals and ore.
