Herman to the position of Vice President-Corporate Controller. Mr. Herman brings over 20 years of solid financial experience to Presstek. Prior to joining Presstek, Mr. Herman served as Vice President - Finance at The First Years Inc., a publicly traded international manufacturer and marketer of infant and toddler products. Mr. Herman's responsibilities at The First Years included external and internal financial reporting worldwide, budgeting and forecasting, tax planning and compliance, treasury and risk management, as well as strategic project support. Prior to The First Years, he was Vice President at Best Petroleum Co., Inc., a New England-based energy company, where he had responsibility for finance, information technology, human resources, and its B2B distribution operating units.
