At a meeting of the Board of Directors, held on October 19, 2006, board members unanimously voted not to renew the employment agreement of Scientigo�s Chief Executive Officer, Doyal Bryant, which formally expired on October 22, 2006. The Board also unanimously agreed that following expiration of his employment agreement, Mr. Bryant would step down as CEO effective October 23, 2006. Mr. Bryant will remain a member of the Scientigo Board of Directors. The Scientigo Board of Directors, in conjunction with Ms. White announced the increased commitment to two primary initiatives. The Company will continue to leverage proprietary and patented intellectual properties to deliver a robust Local Search platform supporting Enhanced Directory Assistance (EDA) services, and the Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) product for enterprise content management. To that point, Ms. White reported the increased involvement and participation of key members of Scientigo�s Board of Advisors, Harry Pettit and Bill Powers, as exclusive consultants focused on leveraging the Company�s unique IP portfolio to deliver Enhanced Directory Assistance Services. Pettit and Powers were key contributors in the development of the existing 411, Directory Assistance platform. After joining Scientigo in 2005, Ms. White began refocusing Scientigo product development and operations to a market driven model with more emphasis on accountability.
