ITEM 1.01.  ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.

On September 10, 2009, Mr. Joseph K. Pagano, a director and the Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman of the Board of Sentisearch, Inc. (the “Company”), loaned $25,000 to the Company.  The loan bears interest at a rate of 6% per year and is payable on demand.
