today announced that it has signed a Memorandumof Understanding
("MOU") with ev Transportation Services, Inc. ("evTS"), exclusive
worldwidedistributor of FireFly ESV ® Essential Service
Vehicles, to establish a Joint Venture tomanufacture and market
all-electric vehicles in Eastern Europe. Both parties will work
diligentlyto establish their presence in Europe, utilizing already
established relationships and arrangements made by TGI management.
The Parties further agreed that evTS will be responsible for
engineering and new European vehicle designs, while TGI will be
responsible for business development, sales, marketing, financing
and dealing with the local manufacturingrequirements and workforce.
The initial hub for the Joint Venture operation in Europe will
beestablished in Kiev.
