Item 8.01 Other Events

 

Tautachrome, Inc., today executed a collaborative agreement with Boston University Radiology Associates and Honeycomb Archive, LLC to research, develop and prototype innovations in virtual radiology education using the ARknet mobile platform app. Included in the scope of this collaboration for the advancement of radiology training is the discovery and blueprinting of the use of interactive augmented reality, the use of integrated video meetups in learning management and the use of Tautachrome patented trusted imagery tracking technology. All parties retain an interest in future commercialization and follow-on funding opportunities. Press release to follow.
