Bollore Stake in Vivendi Rises to 15.33%

PARIS--Bollore Group (BOL.FR), the company controlled by French
billionaire Vincent Bollore, now owns more than 15% of Vivendi SA
(VIV.FR), after the media conglomerate cancelled some of its own
shares that it had repurchased, Bollore said Monday.
The company said it owns 15.33% of Vivendi, up from the 14.35%
disclosed in its last report. Bollore now owns 16.41% of Vivendi's
voting rights.
