KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.,
June 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical
Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCQB: MDHI.PK), today announced it
has selected FEV of Auburn Hills,
MI to conduct further tests of its MotorBooster™ engine
catalyst product, which in preliminary tests demonstrated strong
fuel mileage gains and significant emissions reductions. The
new set of tests, which are expected to begin later this week and
to be completed in approximately three weeks, will utilize EPA
compliant equipment under highly controlled and extensively
supervised conditions.
Paul Green, Vice President of
Marketing at MDHI commented, "We believe we have selected one of
the finest automotive testing organizations in the world to conduct
these tests. FEV is an internationally recognized power train
and vehicle engineering company, which employs more than 2,200
highly skilled specialists in multiple test facilities around the
world. This test, which will be conducted in FEV's ISO-9001
certified facility in Michigan,
will utilize some of the most advanced engine testing equipment
available in North America."
The testing will establish baseline fuel consumption,
horsepower, emission, and exhaust gas statistics prior to the
introduction of the MotorBooster™ catalyst into the engine's fuel
supply. After a running period where the product conditions
the engine, a subsequent test protocol will be implemented and the
results compared. In an earlier independent third-party
dynamometer test, an engine treated with MotorBooster™ exhibited
significant performance (fuel consumption reduction of 16.5% and an
increase in horsepower by 2.9%) and emission improvements (54%
reduction in carbon monoxide and 84% decline in hydrocarbons) after
having been conditioned with the combustion catalyst product as
compared to results before treatment.
Mr. Green continued, "We realize that product claims
relative to fuel mileage increases, horsepower gains, and emission
reductions are subject to a great deal of scrutiny, so we want to
take all steps possible to ensure our marketing claims are backed
by solid data. A highly regarded professional racing engine
developer performed the prior MotorBooster™ testing, but we have
not been able to secure the rights to use the name of the
organization in our marketing efforts. We have been sure to
secure the rights to use the full testing report from FEV in our
marketing materials going forward, and we are in process of
contracting for another laboratory to conduct additional testing to
further support our marketing claims. We plan to announce
these additional tests over the coming weeks."

About MotorBooster™
MotorBooster's™ proprietary formulation is made of an organic
metallocene compound that has been granted a U.S. Patent and is
registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The
product comes in the form of a one-fourth-inch, round diameter
beige tablet that users simply insert into a full tank of 15
gallons or more of gasoline, upon which it immediately dissolves
into the fuel. It is then subsequently injected as part of the
gasoline or diesel fuel mixture into the combustion chamber of the
engine. Once within the combustion chamber, MotorBooster™
forms an oxide residue film layer that facilitates or "catalyzes"
the combustion process and enables a more complete, efficient burn
of the fuel that results in better power delivery to the motor,
enhanced fuel performance, mileage gains, reduced emissions and
other engine enhancing performance benefits. For maximum
benefits, users should treat their engine by allowing MotorBooster™
to dissolve in a full tank of gasoline and circulate throughout the
combustion chamber of the engine as part of the fuel mixture for up
to several consistent fuel cycles. This process should be repeated
consecutively for several fuel tank fill-ups in order to achieve
optimal engine performance.
About MDHI
Medical Alarm Concepts Holdings, Inc. (MAC) develops and
manufactures innovative products and practical solutions within the
framework of a vast growing marketplace. MediPendant's™ patented
two-way voice technology enables the user to speak and listen
directly through the pendant no matter where the user may be in and

features such as three-way calling that enables the operator to
link loved ones directly into the emergency call in real time.
Text message alerts are also standard, and are used to inform
loved ones that the user has contacted an operator or has requested
assistance. A standard PERS system does not enable the user to
speak and listen through the pendant, thus limiting them to a small
area in their home. There is always the risk that the user will not
be heard by the call center operator if they are not within a short
range of the base station. For more information please visit our
