Ngensolutions has signed a letter of intent to be acquired by WENR Corporation, a Utah publicly traded company, trading over the counter (PINKSHEETS: WNRC).

Ngensolutions LLC, announces the appointment of Mr. Manny Martinez as a consultant to Ngensolutions and the appointment of Mr. Miguel Mena as General Manager and President of Ngensolutions LLC. Mr. Martinez brings over 30 years of experience in the communications industry to Ngensolutions. Most recently as a Vice President and General Manager of Charter Communications, he oversaw Charter Cable television systems in Nevada and California comprising over 350,000 subscribers, representing over $360 million in revenue per year.

Mr. Martinez is the past President of Nevada Cable Television Association; he is member of the Board of Nevada Hispanic Services, Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada, Sparks Chamber of Commerce and numerous other civic organizations.

Mr. Mena is the General Manager and President of Exitos KXTO-AM 1550 Radio, in Reno, Nevada. Mr. Mena brings over 15 years of experience to Ngensolutions in the Radio and Print Media industries. Due to the efforts of Mr. Mena, Exitos AM is now one of the top radio stations in the Reno/Sparks market. In addition Mr. Mena brings experience in promotion and advertising that is the basis of the media market.
