Satview Broadband Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC), a cable television operator in Northern Nevada, announced the signing of an advertisement insertion agreement with TechTV Media Inc., a subsidiary of Media Technologies Inc. Media Technologies Inc. is a publicly traded company OTC ("MDTC"). TechTV Media, Inc. engages in the business of providing, installing, selling, and managing advertisement insertion systems.

Under the terms of the agreement, TechTV has installed its advertisement insertion equipment at Battle Mountain and Wells, Nevada, at no cost to Satview. TechTV will market, through its national advertising agency relationships, ads on Satview's cable television systems. Satview will receive 40% of the proceeds from these advertisements.

Satview currently has an ad insertion agreement with Charter Media, a Charter Communications Company, in Elko, Nevada. Under the terms of this agreement, Charter Media places advertisement insertion services for Satview at its Elko, Nevada cable television system. Satview owns the advertisement insertion equipment at Elko.

Satview Broadband Ltd., headquartered in Reno, Nevada, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WENR Corp., and has been in operation for nine years. Satview holds franchise systems in six markets with plans to expand.
