Franco-Dutch real estate company Unibail-Rodamco SA (UL.FR) said Tuesday that it is selling five shopping malls in the Netherlands to Dutch rival Wereldhave NV (WHA.AE) for EUR235 million, as part of its strategy to focus on large shopping centers.

The deal is expected to close in March 2010.

The sale of the Overvecht center in Utrecht is conditional because of a right of first refusal of a third party, Unibail-Rodamco added.
