RARITAN, N.J., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wi-Tron, Inc.
(OTC:WTRO) (BULLETIN BOARD: WTRO) , a developer and manufacturer of
high-tech ultra-linear power amplifiers, today provided additional
information to clarify its intent to conduct a private placement to
raise $3-5 million. Neither Wi-Tron's press release of October 3,
2006 nor this press release constitute an offer to sell or the
