Xtreme Motorsports International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: XTMM) is pleased to announce that Quicksand Performance LLC has received an exclusive distribution agreement with CSI, the importer of the all new PGO BR-500 Side by Side Off Road vehicle.

The BR-500 will sport a 500 CC engine, and is currently in EPA testing. The company anticipates EPA approval in late March and CARB in May. The all new BR-500 will be unveiled on the company's website in February and Dealer packages will be available in late February. The Exclusive Distribution agreement includes all of North America, and also a non exclusive for Mexico and Dubai.
