I heard someone in a cabinet position has family members who own an OTC trading company.  Is that true?  If so, ask that person if their family members are actively trading the GSE stocks?

That hypothetical situation was more like what I was thinking might be happening.

But I do see both options (full and conditional) as being positive and moving us towards the positive steps of submissions elsewhere with improved chances of approval. All my opinion.
