Third quarterly interim dividend

The  Directors  have  declared  that  a  third  quarterly
interim  dividend of 1.70 pence per share  for  the  year
ending  31st  December 2000 will be paid on 1st  December
2000 to shareholders on the register at close of business
on 3rd November 2000.
