Non-executive director to leave Principality's Board

Non-Executive Director David Rigney is to leave the Board of Principality Building Society.

David joined Principality in 2015 and will leave the Society on 31(st) March 2022. He was the Chair of the Board Risk Committee, and also served as a member of the Audit Committee, Governance and Nominations Committee, and Technology Committee .

Chair of the Board Sally Jones-Evans said: "David has been a very valued member of the Board. I'd like to thank him for all his hard work as the Chair of the Board Risk Committee and I wish him well in his future endeavours."
