The following Supplemental Prospectus (as defined below) has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

The supplemental prospectus dated 21 November 2022 (the Supplemental Prospectus) to the base prospectus dated 14 January 2022 (the Base Prospectus) for use in connection with certain notes issued from time to time by Silverstone Master Issuer PLC under its GBP35 billion residential mortgage-backed note issuance programme (the Programme).

The Supplemental Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
