Prospectus dated 8 September 2023 (the "Prospectus") relating to
the CAD 20,000,000,000 Legislative Global Covered Bond Programme of
National Bank of Canada ("NBC"), unconditionally and irrevocably
guaranteed as to payments by NBC Covered Bond (Legislative)
Guarantor Limited Partnership.
