Cancellation of listing of Securitised Derivatives by

The following Securitised Derivatives issued by the Issuer under its Securitised Derivatives Programme will cease to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's regulated market and on the official list of the U.K.L.A. as of 30 December 2015 in accordance with Listing Rule 5.2.8:

a) 72,907 Cash Settled Call Warrants on the ERIX Index issued by the Issuer on 06 April2011, with ISIN Code: CWN8138G2148 and SEDOL Code: B50QL32;

b) 64,516 Cash Settled Call Warrants on the ERIX Index issued by the Issuer on 06 April 2011, with ISIN Code: CWN8138G2221 and SEDOL Code: B599HN4.
