The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited to sell RL Corporate Pension Services Limited

The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited announces that it has agreed to sell its subsidiary, RL Corporate Pension Services Limited ("RLCPS") to XPS Pensions Group plc for GBP4.8 million cash. RLCPS provides actuarial, consulting and administration services to defined benefit pension schemes. The transaction is effective subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, expected in May 2019.
