December, 2007 in respect of an issue of NZD 100,000,000 8.50 per cent. Notes
due 2010 under the Euro40,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established
by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota
Finance Australia Limited and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.
