We write to inform you that the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company
will be held on Saturday, the 30th March, 2002.

For this purpose Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company 
will remain closed from 26.3.2002 to 30.3.2002 (both days inclusive).
