The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Cadent Finance plc guaranteed upon issue by Cadent Gas Limited EUR 500,000,000 0.75 per cent. Transition Instruments due 2032 (the "Instruments") issued under its GBP6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Instruments and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 16 December 2019 (the "Prospectus"), as amended by the Supplementary Prospectus dated 24 February 2020, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
