Final Terms for Cadent Finance plc guaranteed upon issue by Cadent Gas Limited EUR 625,000,000 0.625 per cent. Transition Instruments due 2030 (the "Instruments") issued under its GBP6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Instruments and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 25 November 2020 (the "Prospectus"), as amended by the Supplementary Prospectus dated 10 March 2021, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
