Katherine Innes Ker, Chair of Sovereign Housing Association Ltd, will be standing down at the end of June in order to accept an appointment that she believes may represent a conflict of interest . Sovereign's experienced Vice Chair, Gordon Holdcroft, will be acting Chair until the Board appoints a replacement.
