BEA - Bergesen buys ore/oil carrier

Bergesen has bought the ore/oil carrier "Tijuca" of 310.700 dwt, built in Brazil
in 1987. The price is USD 25.5 million.

Delivery will take place in April 2002. 

The vessel will be for the time being be employed in the oil market.
