Half year financial report for the six months ended 30 September 2021 for bpha Limited

bpha today (30 November 2021) released its half year financial report for the six months ended 30 September 2021. The report shows that bpha is continuing to deliver a strong financial performance, with a core operating margin of 44.9% (Sept 2020: 45.2%).

bpha continued its investment in new affordable homes having built 172 since the beginning of the financial year, in addition to investing GBP13.1m in existing homes.
