bLEND Funding plc (bLEND) is pleased to announce the addition of
two new borrowers to the pool of Housing Association borrowers.

The new borrowers are B3 Living Limited and Orwell Housing
Association Limited.
Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets has been appointed as Sole
Bookrunner to explore a tap of up to GBP55 million of the
outstanding 2.922% notes due April 2054, under its EMTN Programme.
The current outstanding nominal of notes due 2054 is GBP500
million.
The issuance will be in line with bLEND's Social Bond Framework,
which is aligned to the ICMA Social Bond Principles, and can be
