   --     the holders of Covered Bonds issued by ANZBGL under the Programme (the "Covered Bonds"); and 
   --     to all parties to the documents relating to the Programme. 

TRUST MANAGER CHANGE OF NAME

-- Effective 1 July 2022 the name of ANZ Capel Court Limited (ABN 30 004 768 807), the Trust Manager of the ANZ Residential Covered Bond Trust (ABN 73 378 956 428), has changed from ANZ Capel Court Limited to Institutional Securitisation Services Limited. The Trust Manager's Australian Business Number and business address remain unchanged, as follows:
