Notice to Noteholders and Publication of Amended and Restated Final Terms

Royal Bank of Canada has today given notice to Noteholders relating to the issue of AUD50,000,000 6.005 per cent. Notes due February 8, 2038 , Series 67695 (ISIN XS2584499599 ) issued on February 7, 2023 ( the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").

Noteholders have been informed that pursuant to Condition 14 (fourth paragraph, item (ii) of the first sentence), the Final Terms dated February 3, 2023 relating the Notes have been amended and restated on February 13, 2023 to cure a manifest error in the Notes (the "Amended and Restated Final Terms"). Item 14(vi) ( Fixed Coupon Amount ) has been amended to read " AUD12,010 " instead of " AUD12,100 ".

All other Conditions remain unchanged.

The Issuer has today published the Amended and Restated Final Terms and submitted them to the London Stock Exchange. They are available to view at http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/7698P_1-2023-2-13.pdf
