NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")

GBP20,000,000 Equity Index Linked Notes due May 2028

(the "N&C Securities")

This notice relates to the abovementioned N&C Securities issued by the Issuer under the base prospectus relating to its Notes and Certificates Programme dated 4 October 2021 (the "Base Prospectus") and the final terms relating to the N&C Securities dated 18 February 2022 (the "Final Terms").

Notice is hereby given that following the end of the Offer Period (as defined in the Final Terms) relating to the N&C Securities the Issuer will cancel the N&C Securities in a principal amount of GBP17,253,462 with immediate effect and that consequently following such cancellation the aggregate principal amount of the N&C Securities which remains outstanding will be reduced to GBP2,746,538 .
