Statnett SF - Successful placement of new green bond issues
Reference is made to the announcement 4 June 2021 regarding a
contemplated green bond issue.
Statnett SF has today successfully issued senior unsecured green
bonds in total of NOK 1,350 million. The transaction is split in
two tranches:
5Y NOK 550 million floating rate note with a coupon of 3m Nibor
+ 0.40 % p.a.
7Y NOK 800 million fixed rate note with a coupon of 2.025 %
p.a.
Danske Bank and Nordea acted as Joint Lead Managers for the bond
issues.
An application will be made for the bonds to be listed at Oslo
Børs.
