The Company announces that at its AGM held on 17 September 2020, the following resolutions were passed by members:

1. THAT the Report of the Directors, the auditors' report and the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2020 be approved.

2. THAT BDO LLP be re-appointed as the Company's auditors to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting at which accounts are laid before the Company.

   3.    THAT the Directors be authorised to agree the remuneration of the Company's auditors.
