Alpha Airports Group PLC (the "Company")

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a Block listing of 9,474,125 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of the following schemes:
Employee Share Option Scheme, Executive Share Option Scheme and the Incentive
Stock Options Scheme under Executive Share Option Scheme.

These shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rules
allow.
