Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company was notified today, by Phillips & Drew on behalf of Phillips &
Drew Life Limited, a subsidiary of UBS Asset Management Holdings (NO.2)
Limited, (which is also treated as having an interest in the above shares).

That following a sale (date or quantity not specified) their non-material
interest has Fallen below the 10% disclosure rate. Their holding of 16,974,651
ordinary shares, represents 9.95% of the ordinary issued share capital of the
Company, and consequently they no longer have a notifiable interest in the
Company.
