Following the announcement earlier of David King's appointment as an Executive
Director of ALPHA Airports Group Plc with effect from 1 February 2003, the Board
confirms that with regard to the requirements of Listing Rule 16.4, Mr King has
not held any other directorships in publicly quoted companies in the past five
years and there are no details to be disclosed under paragraph 6.F.2 (b) to (g).
