NOTICE IN RESPECT OF BASE PROSPECTUS DATED 3 FEBRUARY 2022

THIS NOTICE IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.

Reference is made to the base prospectus dated 3 February 2022 (the "Base Prospectus") of the Issuer. Owing to an administrative error, certain formulae were accidentally omitted from the Base Prospectus. Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the Base Prospectus should be read as being amended as follows:

1. On page 179 - after "The Receivables Trustee will make such determination by making the following calculation" in the second paragraph, the following formula shall be added:

2. On page 272 - after "the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards" in the first paragraph of the "Compounded Daily SONIA" definition, the following formula shall be added:

3. On page 273 - after "the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards" in the last paragraph of the "Weighted Average SONIA" definition, the following formula shall be added:
