ALTIN: Disclosure of shareholding according to Art. 20 SESTA

ALTIN AG (SIX: ALTN, LSE: AIA), the Swiss alternative investment company listed on the London and Swiss stock exchanges, informs that the organized group composed of Weiss Asset Management LP, Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund and Brookdale International Partners LP holds on 30 January 2012 less than 3.00% of the voting rights.
