The Aida Fund Limited announces that all resolutions proposed at today's Annual 
General Meeting were duly passed. 
 
 
The Board of The Aida Fund Limited also announces the retirement of Mr Kevin 
Lycett at the AGM and the appointment of Douglas Mackay as a non-executive 
director of the Company. Mr Mackay will also be appointed as chairman of the 
Company's audit committee.
