In accordance with AIM Rule 17, Astek is required to issue notification that 
Millbrook Instruments Limited, a company of which Mr Stephen Blank was a non 
executive director, was placed into administration on 22 September 2009. The 
Board of Astek are pleased to confirm that Mr Blank will continue to act as a 
non executive director of Astek and that this announcement has been made to
