                             Lifting of Suspension





In announcements earlier today, the Company announced both a placing of ordinary
shares and convertible loan notes to raise a total of #1.685 million for working
capital purposes and also its preliminary results for the year to 31 March 2007.



The Company has published its annual report and accounts for the year to 31
March 2007 today. These accounts will be posted to shareholders shortly. The
Company therefore anticipates that trading in its shares will resume today.
