                     Appointment of new Executive Directors



Aquilo is pleased to announce the appointments of Michael Dean and John Ascroft
as directors of the Company.  These appointments will take effect from 1
November 2005.

Mike Dean, 52, is Managing Director of Aquilo Business Solutions, the division
responsible for property claims management and fraud resolution.  He joined
Aquilo in November 2004 and has created a fast growing business which is already
profitable and has highly attractive growth prospects in 2006.

John Ascroft, 43, is Managing Director of Aquilo Motor Services, the division
responsible for all motor claims management services.  John joined Aquilo on 1
September 2005, and is already actively implementing a fundamental review of the
division to accelerate growth prospects and improve operating margins.

Aquilo intends to achieve aggressive growth in 2006 by building on its
innovative new strategies such as 'fast pay' to repairers and leadership in the
motor assistance and repair market.

Clive Nicholls, CEO, said: "We are delighted that Mike and John are joining the
Aquilo board.  Their extensive experience and previous successes underlines the
Company's strategy of attracting smart talent and deploying processes that give
customers high quality services.  We expect both directors to continue to build
their teams further during 2006."

A further announcement with details pursuant to AiM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g)
